Richard James “Rick” Pringle, age 57, of Pine Bluff, died Monday, November 4, 2019.
Born July 30, 1962 at Seattle, WA, he was a son of Sandra Louise Schaeffer Enoch and the late Richard Wilfred Pringle. Rick moved to Arkansas in 1975, and spent his youth and high school years living in Sheridan, where he enjoyed playing football and hunting and fishing with friends and family. He was a 1980 graduate of Sheridan High School.

He later moved to California to be close to his mother, but returned to Arkansas in 2017 because he missed the outdoors and country way of life. Rick absolutely loved his family, including nieces and nephews. Although he didn’t have the luxury of living in the same town with his family, he always made time to call and keep in touch.

Rick was a home health care technician and was employed by Palco. He was also a member and usher at New Life Church. He had the biggest heart, was the most selfless person, and never met a stranger. He was loved by all who knew him.

Survivors include his mother, Sandy Enoch (Dave); siblings, Mark Guyot (Sue), Todd Chandler (Viva), and Christy Santoro (Joseph); grandmother, Wilma Ashcraft (Charles); aunts and uncles, Patsy Varner, Brenda Newton (Gary), Betty Perez, David Harper (Mary), Jerrell Harper (Alberta), Judy Cryderman (Gary), Gary Schaeffer (Sharon), Carol Sutton, Chester Harper (Sheree) and Jim Baker (Edna); nieces and nephews, Dena Kaufmann (Justin), Lauren Champion (Kyle), Nicholas Guyot (Clarissa), and Silas Guyot; numerous cousins; also close friends R. J. Hardin (Kristy), Justin Foley, Chris Ivy, Dakota Hardin, Linda Schock, and Grandmother Goodman.

The family will hold a memorial service on Friday, November 22, 2019, 10:30 a.m. at New Life Church with Brother Matt Mosler officiating.

Dear Sandy and Chris, I am shocked and deeply saddened at the passing of Rick. I have great memories, especially Christmas’s spent together, of gathering at The Farm and celebrating The Season with family. He was always SO happy when Chris and Dena came home. Caleb and Dena would play for hours and their laughter could be heard all over the countryside! We are blessed to have memories of our loved ones! I will keep you and yours in my prayers and my thoughts. It’s especially hard losing loved ones close to the holidays. May the beautiful family memories live close in your heart always! Much Love ! Always
