I grew up with Richard in the 70's 80's. He was a good friend with me, Donald, Brad, and David from Ellen Drive in White Hall. We played plenty of basketball during those days. He will be missed.

Frances and Anthony,
George and I are sorry for your loss. I saw Richard earlier this year, he had one of his grandchildren with him and was so proud. He was as I remembered, friendly and always so polite. May God bless all of you during this time.

Ms Frances,
I’m so sorry and so sad to hear that Richard has passed. He always had a smile for whom ever he was talking with and I will never forget his chuckling, contagious laugh. He was the biggest flirt in the White Hall School District and the best homecoming escort anyone could’ve ever asked for! I’m so thankful I got to catch up with him a couple of months ago at the revenue office. My prayers are with you and your family today and for the days to come. Much Love,
