Gordon Shelley, 78, of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, passed away Tuesday, July 18, 2023.

He was born August 14, 1944, in Rayville, Louisiana, to Russell David and Marie Taylor Shelley.

Gordon was reared and received his education at Neville High School and Ouachita Parish High School. He served in the United States Air Force for 4 years, then the United States Air Force National Guard for 2 years. After being honorably discharged, he worked as a truck driver for many years. Gordan married the love of his life, Dorothy Shelley, November 22, 1968, in Monroe, Louisiana.

He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed spending time on the water. He also loved to spend time with his grandchildren.

Gordon was preceded in death by his parents; and two brothers, Tex David Shelley, and Rickey Dean Shelley.

Survivors include his wife; son, Patrick Shelley; daughter, Alicia Webb; and grandchildren, Rayna Shelley, Brittany Webb, Andrew Webb, and Kaitlyn Shelley.

Visitation will be Saturday, July 22, 2023, 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Fuller Hale-South Funeral Chapel.
