James Douglas “Doug” Stringfellow, age 63, of White Hall, died Thursday, January 7, 2021.

Born December 9, 1957 at Pine Bluff, he was a son of the late James Harvey Stringfellow and Nelda Keating Stringfellow. He graduated from Pine Bluff High School in 1976. He also graduated from Pines Vocational-Technical School in 1979 as a certified welder.

Doug was of the Christian faith, and worked as a welder for many years in barge manufacturing.

Survivors include a brother, Mark Stringfellow; a nephew, Michael Stringfellow; a niece, Megan Lunsford; and a sister-in-law, Susan Moak.

Private family services will be held at a later date. Arrangements were by Fuller Hale-South Funeral Services.

Memorials may be made to the National Rifle Association.
