Connie Hill Weaver, age 68, of Pine Bluff, passed away Tuesday, September 27, 2022. She was born September 3, 1954, in Little Rock, AR, to Wallace Hill and Laverne Ellenburg Hill.  Ms. Weaver worked as a dispatcher for the England Police Department and the Pine Bluff Police Department in the 80’s and early 90’s.  In 1992, she started working as a licensed bond forfeiture agent for Bail Bond Financing until she had to retire in 2016 .  Her work took her all over the U.S. where she met some interesting people and the stories that she could tell were the funniest and most interesting stories.  

She never met a stranger and she lived her life for her daughters and grandchildren.  She was one of a kind.

Ms. Weaver was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Rick Hill.

Survivors include her daughters, Johnie Marie Owen (Casey), and Jamie Roberts (J.R.); grandchildren, Jacob Owen (Ashley), Gage Roberts, Rachel Owen, Maylee Roberts; a great-grandson, Jackson Owen; brothers, Gary Hill, Ronnie Hill and Donnie Hill.

Visitation will be 1:00-2:00 P.M. Thursday, September 29, 2022, at Fuller Hale-South, followed by a celebration of her life at 2:00 P.M. in the Chapel.  Burial will follow in Cypress Memorial Gardens.
