Obituary for Albert Luzietti

Albert James Luzietti, 79, of Conway, died Thursday, January 2, 2020.
He was born March 25, 1940 in Altheimer, son of Americo Paul Luzietti and Louisa Catherine Palazzi Luzietti.
Mr. Luzietti was reared and received his early education in Altheimer, graduating from Altheimer High School in 1958. He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville in 1962.
In early 1963 he went to work for Pratt and Whitney Aircraft in West Palm Beach, Florida. Two months later he was called to active duty in the U.S. Army and was stationed in Hanau, Germany for two years.
He returned to Arkansas and married the love of his life, Rosemary, in 1965.
They returned to West Palm Beach, where he worked as an Aerospace Materials Engineer for Pratt and Whitney Aircraft for 39 years.
He and Rosemary moved to Conway, Arkansas in 2006.
Mr. and Mrs. Luzietti worshiped at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Conway and Pine Bluff, Arkansas.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his wife, Rosemary Euseppi Luzietti of Conway; son, Nicholas Paul Luzietti (Paula) of Tyler, Texas; four grandchildren, Elizabeth Grace Luzietti of Bentonville, Arkansas, Bradley James Luzietti of Little Rock, Arkansas, Mary Claire Luzietti of Fayetteville, Arkansas and Bo Devereaux of Tyler, Texas; a great-grandchild, Ryker Danenhauer of Bentonville, Arkansas; two sisters, Mary Ann Guyer (Gerry) of Van Buren, Arkansas and Katherine Louise Luzietti of North Little Rock, Arkansas; and a brother, Lt. Colonel John E. Luzietti of Tallahassee, Florida.
A Visitation will be from 9:30-10:30 a.m., Tuesday, January 7, 2019 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Pine Bluff with a Vigil service beginning at 10:30 a.m. at the church. A Mass of Christian Burial will then follow at 11:00 a.m. at St. Joseph’s in Pine Bluff with Father Joseph Marconi and Deacon Noel F. “Bud” Bryant officiating. Interment will follow in Graceland Cemetery by Ralph Robinson and Son Funeral Directors of Pine Bluff.
